Our search and recruitment process
We are equipped with rich and talented human resource
profiles in our data bank at all levels :
- Before commencing your recruitment project, we first familiarize
ourselves with all aspects of your organization, including
its corporate culture, business objectives, and of course
your specific candidate requirements.
- Qualified back office team specialized in categorizing
of resumes for skills and experience, searching within in-house
database using custom-made search tools.
- Preliminary searches based on demanded parameters done
in our internal database. A technically qualified team vets
all such resumes for actual exposure and knowledge of the
job demands.
- At least twice before the resume is forwarded to the
client, the back office and the front enders speak to the
candidate to understand his communication ability, understanding
about the proposed employer, current role and professional
strengths, proposed role and technical demands, willingness
to relocate and remuneration details.
It is a process of searching the prospective potential candidates
and stimulating and encouraging them to apply for jobs in an
organization. The process includes first stage of selection
and ceases with placement of a right candidate.
